Benefits

Our teams have the opportunity to shape the future of dentistry, be that through supporting the student clinics, our dental outreach work or through supporting our central business team. The contribution of each person who works with us is critical to our success.

Pay & Pensions

Our pay banding system is competitive with annual reviews and up to 3 performance-based increments per band for most roles. Salaries are paid on the 25th of the month (or earlier depending on weekends/bank holidays).

We offer access to a defined contribution pension scheme with Scottish Widows with generous employer contributions.

The NHS Pension Scheme is available to eligible Dentists.
