“Since joining PDSE in October 2015 as a Clinic Team Leader at the Derriford Dental Education Facility, I’ve had the opportunity to grow and develop through a range of roles, from Clinic Manager overseeing all four Dental Education Facilities, to Clinical Governance Manager and Data Protection Officer, and now as Business Performance Manager. I hold a Diploma in Dental Nursing, and graduated from the University of Plymouth with an LL.B (Hons) in 2011.
Throughout my time at PDSE, I’ve continually been supported to build new skills and qualifications, alongside taking on different challenges, which has been incredibly rewarding and helped me progress in my career. This has also given me the opportunity to be part of the organisation as it has grown and developed. I’m proud to be part of an organisation that invests in its people, and I’ve experienced that commitment first-hand at PDSE.”
