Henry Warren
Chair of the Board
Henry Warren is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate. Initially, his career
was in public practice becoming a partner in Deloitte’s, the international chartered
accountants and management consultants. In 1987, he joined Devonport Management
Limited (DML) as the Finance Director to lead the change in financial management at
Devonport Royal Dockyard, from that of a Government department into a successful
commercial business. Later, Henry became involved with a portfolio of businesses, both as
an investor and non-executive director. He is a Non-executive Director at the University
Hospital Plymouth and until July 2018, was the Senior Independent Governor at the
University of Plymouth.
