Tia Hartsilver

Tia joined PDSE in May 2025 as the Sustainability Manager for all PDSE sites. She holds both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Sustainable Environmental Management from the University of Plymouth. She has a strong academic background in areas such as sustainable business, carbon auditing, environmental impact assessment, net-zero initiatives, and data analysis.

Before joining PDSE, Tia served as an Operations and Maintenance Project Manager, as well as an Asset Manager, for a renewable energy company that provided commercial renewable energy solutions across the UK.

At PDSE, Tia works across all sites and is dedicated to making a measurable difference through innovative, practical, social, and data-driven approaches. Her goal is to develop a sustainable environmental management system and instil a culture of sustainability throughout the organization.
